Executive Advisory Council (EAC) participation is limited to sponsors committed to clean energy, a proven history of support for the nuclear industry, and a commitment to growing the nuclear industry in the future. Membership is subject to existing EAC member and NAYGN Board of Director review.
Company sponsored webinars can be scheduled at any time but must be planned sufficiently in advance (contact Communications@NAYGN.org for details on timeliness and process). The sponsor organization will produce the webinar details (topic, presentation materials, etc.) and present the material, and NAYGN's Professional Development committee will assist in coordinating topics and content development. NAYGN will schedule (i.e. establish WebEx), host, and advertise the event via our internal system, and the NAYGN Communications team will ensure sponsorship is highlighted in all advertisements. NAYGN reserves the right to approve all webinar topics and presentation materials, and recruitment style presentations will not be approved.
Conference Benefits cannot be carried over to subsequent years or events. All registration discount codes expire at the end of regular registration for the conference. The discounted Exhibitor Booth for Platinum and Gold Sponsors is guaranteed only if the sponsorship payment is received prior to February 1, 2025. If received later, then a booth will be provided based on availability at the time of the exhibitor booth request (submittal of the exhibitor prospectus) for Platinum Sponsors and at the time of payment receipt of the reminder of the booth price for Gold Sponsors. Sponsor organizations are responsible for all materials and personnel within their booth.
Applications for Student Scholarships will be open via an application process and reviewed by an NAYGN Scholarship Committee. Scholarship award winners will be selected by NAYGN based on merit, and their scholarship will be advertised with the sponsor organization being recognized as the sponsor.
Videos shall be produced by the sponsoring organization and are subject to NAYGN approval for alignment with NAYGN's mission and values. Platinum sponsor videos shall not exceed 2 minutes, unless otherwise approved by NAYGN. Gold Sponsor videos shall not exceed 30 seconds, unless otherwise approved by NAYGN, and a link must be provided to be included on the sponsors webpage. For a video to be shown at the conference, it must be provided at least 3 weeks prior to the conference start date. Contact Treasurer@NAYGN.org for details on how to provide a large file.
